Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• To monitor regulatory requirements and their impact on day-to-day Enterprise product management.

• To collaborate with the EB marketing team in defining the SME and Large Enterprise market segments in terms of size, differentiating factors, total subscriber potential, and revenue potential and managing the identification of new market segments and opportunities.

• To develop product strategy, portfolio, and roadmap aligned with MTNIrancell strategies for Enterprise products.

• To manage the overall Enterprise solutions development strategies and ensure that implementation of the programs is aligned with the strategy.

• To monitor and promote end-to-end solution development progress, from technical research, market research, planning, and design, to implementation, integration, service fulfillment, monitoring/controlling, and releasing to ensure a successful product delivery regarding engineering, sales, and operational aspects to EB customers.

• To lead the Pre-sales engineers to promote solution selling instead of transactional selling.

• To conduct business analysis planning discussions in collaboration with all involved parties to analyze the solutions’ financial and non-financial aspects.

• To manage and build key relationships (technical/strategic) with other MTNIrancell departments to help accelerate the solution development process.

• To identify and propose strategic partners for delivering new products and services that are compatible with existing MTNIrancell infrastructure.

• To manage the complete product lifecycle for Enterprise products from feasibility assessment and new product development to subsequent product evolution and enhancement.

• To provide input to design and develop marketing plans for new corporate products and market trends.

• To define strategies to monitor corporate product performance and content against projections.

• To design processes to ensure proper research to determine the positioning of new products/services in the corporate segment and identify/quantify the product and business risks.

• To feed the EB Marketing team to ensure that the performance of current corporate products in the marketplace is managed by providing different promotions and proper pricing strategy.

• To enhance and expand the existing solutions with Governmental and Third parties in different industries.

• To stay abreast of the knowledge and expertise on service provider law, IT and cloud law, regulations, and compliance.

• To monitor the latest market trends in Telecom and ICT to ensure EB’s alignment.

• To ensure integrity between product roadmap and B2B market requirements.

• To work collaboratively with various teams and departments to accommodate FTTX solutions into B2B product and services roadmap and provide insight to the sales team in this regard.

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Financial /Marketing / Communication) or IT/Telecom or other related fields

• MBA/Master’s degree is advantageous

 

Experience

• Manager track record of 5 years or more; with at least 3 years in relevant sector/industry reflecting a combination of technical and business skills

• Experience across diverse cultures and geographies is advantageous

• Experience in the telecommunications or Large Enterprise industry is advantageous
