About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Specialist to craft high-impact content that reflects Tapsi Garage’s voice and vision. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop content across multiple channels—including product pages, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and internal documents. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, curious about innovation, and eager to shape the public face of a eager to shape the public face of a growing tech brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear, engaging, and consistent content in both English and Persian for web, blog, social media, internal docs, and product materials.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
• Support launch campaigns for new services and features with tailored messaging.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content pieces.
• Conduct market and user research to identify content opportunities and trends.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement across platforms.
• Track performance of content using analytics tools and iterate based on results.
• Ensure brand tone and voice is consistent across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally in a tech, startup, or innovation-focused environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills in both Persian and English.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset.

Nice To Have:

• Experience working in the mobility or transportation sector.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe tools).
• Familiarity with UX writing and product content.
