Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, or similar. You will be responsible for fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs tailored to specific use cases.

Responsibilities:

* Fine-tune and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs for various NLP tasks
* Build and maintain robust NLP pipelines
* Evaluate and improve model performance based on real-world applications
* Collaborate with researchers and engineers to integrate LLMs into products

Requirements:

* 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP or LLM development
* Strong programming skills in Python
* Proficiency with frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow
* Deep understanding of transformer architectures and tokenization
* Experience with model training, evaluation, and inference on large-scale data
* Familiarity with tracking tools like Weights & Biases or MLflow is a plus
