About the role:
We’re looking for a Governance Team Lead to drive the design and implementation of a corporate governance framework in TAPSI Group. In this role, you’ll lead policy design, manage governance procedures, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen organizational governance maturity and risk management across the holding and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze organizational structures and existing processes and identify governance challenges and gaps across Tapsi ventures.
  • Design and develop processes, guidelines, action plans, and other governing documents required for policy implementation.
  • Lead the determination and implementation of shared services the holding provides for its ventures and handle related interactions and challenges.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional decision-making processes and independently manage and drive assigned projects.
  • Facilitate inter-venture negotiations and collaborations, ensuring alignment and effective resolution of shared matters.
  • Conduct training sessions on the corporate governance framework and its components, including policies, centralized processes, and operational guidelines.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the corporate governance framework and enhance its maturity level.
  • Prepare and deliver analytical reports on the policies’ implementation status, risks, and challenges to the top managers.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate governance, business development, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills in evaluating organizational structures, processes, and systems.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate with senior management.
  •  Experience in project management or leading cross-functional and interdepartmental teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with independent decision-making capability and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to prepare structured, executive-level reports and presentations for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with holding company structures and management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with business process management and related frameworks.
  • Familiarity with basic concepts of financial and management accounting.
  • Familiarity with the risk management and internal control frameworks (such as COSO),
  • Familiarity with basic concepts of Iranian commercial law,
  • Working experience in a startup ecosystem is an advantage.
  • An intermediate English level is required.
