We are building a next-generation platform at the intersection of e-commerce and intercity transportation. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to discover user needs, translate insights into design solutions, and contribute to both short-term product execution and long-term design strategy. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over key product areas, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our users and the future of transportation. Responsibilities 

• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and elegant design solutions 

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle — from discovery to delivery 

• Take ownership of design projects end-to-end, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and final handoff 

• Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design assumptions and uncover insights 

• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across user interfaces and platforms 

• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and advocate for user-centric solutions 

• Leverage insights from Data Analysts to inform design hypotheses and improvements 

• Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements 

• Contribute to a design culture grounded in collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning 

Requirements 

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions 

• Deep understanding of UX and UI design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design best practices 

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and related collaboration platforms 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 

• Experience working in agile environments and contributing across the full product lifecycle 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex design challenges 

• Solid understanding of responsive design and designing for both mobile and web platforms 

• Proficiency in English, especially for design documentation, technical discussions, and cross-team collaboration 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system at scale 

• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and using data to inform design decisions 

• Hands-on experience with usability testing, user interviews, or other qualitative research methods 

• Background working on multi-platform products with awareness of platform-specific constraints and interaction patterns 

• Exposure to early-stage product environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced iteration 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
