Job Description

Mission:

  • To manage the generation of solutions, mass data analysis, and different information input for other teams, especially CVM planning.
  • To provide suggestions based on analyzing promotions, plans, and trends for increasing revenue and achieving market targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To manage team communication with CR, S&D, NW, CPG, MKT Research, finance planning, pricing, CEX, Customer Insight, and Data Science to ensure that all needed data for conducting market analysis is available.
  • To communicate with EDW representatives to ensure the rules are defined based on business requirements.
  • To initiate change on applied tools to support team activities, manage necessary follow-ups, and ensure their correct implementation.
  • To contribute to developing promotions, ensuring that margins/revenues are maintained while reinforcing MTNIrancell’s brand and customer image.
  • To manage different activities, including reviewing reports, mass data manipulation, modeling, and market data analysis from different sources and lead their interpretation/analysis for generating and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company market and related trends.
  • To review and monitor market plans and consult for the CVM planning team by providing different inputs in the shape of high-level reports/analyses and monitoring their plans.
  • To manage the market investigation, analyze competitors’ offers/products/activities in HV Segment, and report them to market planning and brand departments.
  • To monitor and ensure all market plans generated by CVM planning and pricing teams are completely supported by the team to define proper key performance indicators for evaluating their performance.
  • To monitor measurement of business plan KPIs, ensure reporting them constantly to the market planning and pricing team, and identify and escalate gaps between actual versus plan to the management.
  • To manage the generation of geographical analysis of market trends and developments, customer needs, behavior, and traffic patterns using related applications & software for related teams.
  • To interpret analysis of various information and provide recommendations to aid NW, marketing, and sales decision-making through geographical focus and at a granular (city) level.
  • To present market and competitor insights through presentations and reports to the Leadership Team and various internal management teams to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation.
  • To provide consultancy to the planning team about key intelligence items that require further consideration.
  • To ensure the quality and on-time delivery of the needed ad-hoc reports to meet management requirements.

Education:

  • B.Sc. in IT/Statistics/Industrial management or related

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
