Job Description

Job Purpose:

The market offices operations services manager has to ensure proper working conditions within the Tehran HQ and JTI Iran M&S Offices, coordinates the building maintenance associates, the Protocol Services Associate, travel desk activities, and the receptionists, as well as IAs & STAs requirements; Visa, Work permit, exit tax.

Areas of Responsibility:
Organization:
Organizing all employee services, including building maintenance, office supplies, postage, company cell phone, uniforms, social and recreational activities, events, and gatherings effectively.
Been by excellency a service provider for the company, the incumbent has to supervise, motivate, and train the administrative staff to work in a way that ensures a high customer satisfaction among the JTI Iran employees.
Monitoring:
Direct and control all admin cost centers.
Prepare LEs and ASP general services cost center budget and CAPEX.
Manage renovating and moving offices such as HQ & M&S offices in Tehran and provinces.
Arranging:
Responsible for relocation, working and residence permits, and accommodation for IAs & STAs.
Manage all annual projects, including organizational gifts and all events during the year.

Candidate Profile:
Education:
A university graduate or equivalent in Management or an MBA degree is preferred.
Work Experience and Competencies:
 At least 4 years administration field in managerial or supervisory positions.
Languages and Computer Skills:
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint.
Functional Skills:
- Advanced Administrative skills.
- Managing, supervising, and leadership skills.
- Basic accounting/finance knowledge.
- Reporting, planning, and decision making.
- Knowledge of the Iranian market and challenges.
- Cooperative spirit and close collaboration with other functions.
