Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development and people development initiatives. This includes contributing to performance management, leadership development, training delivery, organizational design support, and workforce analysis in alignment with the company’s strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact from the OPD team for several business units/ Departments, supporting their specific organizational and people development needs under the direction of the Senior Manager.
  • Lead the execution of OPD programs (e.g., performance management, talent development, succession planning, career pathing, training, leadership development) within those departments, ensuring alignment with company-wide frameworks and standards.
  • Provide consultative support to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount optimization; facilitate structure reviews and propose solutions based on analysis.
  • Facilitate the execution of the performance management process, including communications, tracking, and reporting performance cycle progress for assigned areas.
  • Support managers in identifying development needs, creating development plans, and ensuring high participation, completion of training initiatives and collecting feedback on effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and support the evaluation of vendor performance.
  • Coordinate and deliver leadership and soft skill development programs, and support leadership assessment processes (e.g., 360 feedback, development centers).
  • Assist in conducting organization structure reviews, job analysis, and process improvement projects in collaboration with department SPOCs.
  • Contribute to talent profiling and design career ladders initiatives by gathering data, preparing materials, and maintaining documentation.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented OPD solutions and collect feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Act as a change agent in driving culture, performance, and leadership development efforts within the departments.
  • Participate in policy documentation, process updates, and internal communication efforts related to OPD initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in organization and people development to contribute ideas for improvement.

Minimum academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Engineering, business administration or related fields.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
  • Experience in supporting HR projects in a mid to large-sized organization and Tech Industry preferred
