At Digikala’s Quick Commerce Business Line, we are currently hiring for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity, innovation, and solid experience in visual communication and digital design.
In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our Quick Commerce brand, engaging our sellers, and producing high-quality marketing content. You will collaborate closely with PR, Content, and Instructional Design teams to create visuals that are both impactful and aligned with our brand values.
We’re specifically looking for a creative mind who can ideate and conceptualize strong visual and copy-based campaigns, especially for our marketing and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality, on-brand designs from concept to completion.
- Actively participate in leading ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop compelling campaign concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
- Create engaging campaigns, graphics, webpages, and digital assets to enhance user experience and communication across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end design projects from internal brief to delivery (digital or print).
- Support brand development by evolving visual identity and aligning it with business goals.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new creative ideas and design perspectives.
- Mentor others and provide training in design tools and visual standards.
- Work with illustrators, instructional designers, and stakeholders to produce clear and effective visual content.
- Support the team with photo editing, illustration, and icon design.
Required Skills:
- Strong portfolio of multi-channel design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
- Knowledge of presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Highly Desirable:
- Strong ideation skills with a proven ability to contribute creatively to campaign development.
- Experience in copywriting or crafting marketing messages is a significant plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and 3D tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro).
- Background in e-commerce, FMCG, or fast-paced tech environments.
