Job Summary

This role plays a crucial part in optimizing Digikala’s operational processes and requires close collaboration with internal teams. The position is responsible for workforce and budget planning to ensure efficient execution of operational activities. It involves regular interaction with finance and operations managers for cost analysis and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data and forecast future resource needs using statistical tools.
• Coordinate with departments to allocate resources based on project or operational priorities.
• Provide analytical reports on resource status (e.g., shortages or overcapacity).
• Calculate bonuses and incentives.
• Calculate backlog and forecast manpower requirements.
• Review key performance indicators such as OCT and OTD.
• Participate in cost-reduction and productivity-enhancement projects focusing on resource management.
• Monitor resource performance and provide feedback to management.
• Plan and manage budget allocation across all operational units.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
•  Prepare and deliver management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Design and implement resource optimization processes in distribution centers and warehouses.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Logistics, and HR teams to align resource allocation with organizational priorities.
• Ensure resource planning is aligned with budgets and financial targets.
• Identify bottlenecks in resource allocation and propose improvement solutions (e.g., process automation).

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
