Job Summary
The Senior HRBP Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving people and organizational strategies aligned with the business objectives of central teams such as Product, Tech, Commercial, and Marketing. This role partners closely with senior leadership to provide guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employee experience initiatives. The role requires a deep understanding of the business, strong data-driven HR decision-making, and the ability to influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior advisor to executives on all people-related matters and influence strategic decisions.
- Lead a team of HRBPs supporting multiple business units within the Head Office (Product, Tech, Commercial, etc.).
- Design and execute strategic HR initiatives to drive engagement, culture, and performance.
- Partner with senior leadership to plan workforce needs, talent development strategies, and succession plans.
- Ensure organizational effectiveness through performance management, employee feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance data) and develop insights to support business goals.
- Collaborate with COEs (C&B, L&D, Recruitment, OD) to implement enterprise-wide programs.
- Lead talent reviews, promotion cycles, and performance calibration sessions.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and act as a sounding board for sensitive business changes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the workplace.
- Support leaders in navigating change and managing organizational transformation.
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with internal policies and local labor laws.
Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in HR business partnering, organizational development, and talent strategy
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, BI dashboards)
- Strong understanding of Iran labor law and employment best practices
