Platform Manager | Pharmacy

Digikala is expanding The Pharmacy business line. and we're looking for a dynamic and structured Platform Manager to help grow, scale, and optimize our network of partner pharmacies. In this role, you will act as the central connection point between pharmacies, internal teams, and logistics partners. You will design scalable onboarding experiences, maintain operational excellence, and lead initiatives that drive commercial success across the pharmacy partner network.

 Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage pharmacy partner contracting processes and ongoing compliance.
• Lead the team, overseeing daily engagement, relationship building, and network expansion.
• Develop and execute a structured onboarding and training program for new pharmacies.
• Build and implement growth strategies for pharmacy acquisition and retention.
• Manage relationships and agreements with logistics partners and medical supply vendors.
• Monitor pharmacy performance and generate  insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech and Operations teams.

Requirement :

• Proven experience in platform operations, category/commercial management, or healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with contracting, SLA design, and performance monitoring.
• Solid analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
