Job Summary:
The Insight Services Senior Manager is responsible for leading the insight and analytics team to deliver actionable business intelligence and customer insights. This role involves managing complex data analysis projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the insight services team to provide high-quality research and data analysis.

• Develop and implement strategies for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.

• Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

• Oversee the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects.

• Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for insight projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new tools in data analytics and market research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

• Extensive experience (usually 5+ years) in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
