As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind Arobus’s growth — driving customer acquisition, boosting brand visibility, and shaping the travel experience for thousands of users. From digital campaigns to customer insights, you’ll be leading strategies that make an impact.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand growth (B2C).
Lead digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, social media, influencer partnerships, etc.).
Analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates and optimize the customer journey on the website and app.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance landing pages and user experience.
Create and manage content calendars, seasonal campaigns, and user engagement initiatives.
Build a consistent, trustworthy brand presence in the market.
Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs, and report marketing ROI.
Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.
Requirements:
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or B2C environment.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management abilities.
Passion for the travel, mobility, or e-commerce industries is a big plus.
