About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join us and manage critical HR operations with precision. In this role, you will oversee the execution of our compensation and benefits processes, including contracts, employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll calculations. If you excel in HR systems like Rahkaran and Kasra, thrive on operational excellence, and are passionate about ensuring seamless employee experiences, we’re excited to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and manage payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with established policies
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage employment contracts, extensions, and terminations
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records using timekeeping systems
  • Calculate employee work hours and process payroll data in HR systems like Rahkaran and Kasra
  • Register personnel in payroll, insurance, and tax systems, ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers to manage employee insurance plans
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related matters
  • Maintain organized records and perform archiving of HR-related documents
  • Prepare and distribute routine reports to support HR operations and compliance
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and contribute to team projects within set deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems such as Rahkaran and Kasra
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security frameworks
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills for accurate payroll and record-keeping
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at a professional level
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing operational tasks
