As a "Market Research Senior Specialist" at Digikala | B2B, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making by delivering deep, data-driven insights about the B2B commerce landscape. This position focuses on understanding market dynamics, customer segments, industry trends, and competitors’ activities. Your work will directly support the Strategy, Business Growth, and Management team in shaping Digikala Business’s expansions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary research (qualitative and quantitative) and secondary research to gather actionable insights on market size, customer needs, competitive landscape, pricing benchmarks, supplier behaviors, and digital adoption in the B2B ecosystem.
- Design and execute surveys, interviews, and customer discovery initiatives tailored to manufacturers, wholesalers, procurement officers, and business buyers.
- Collaborate closely with all teams including the Strategy, Management, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure insights are aligned with business goals and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present concise, insight-rich reports that influence strategic decisions and help prioritize marketplace development initiatives.
- Support new business lines launches, category expansions, and partnership evaluations through targeted research projects.
- Track and benchmark key metrics in the B2B marketplace, including supplier acquisition, buyer engagement, transaction trends, and market penetration.
Qualifications:
- +3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategy roles, ideally with exposure to B2B or e-commerce.
- Solid understanding of B2B customer behavior, procurement processes, and market dynamics.
- Proficient in designing and analyzing surveys, interviews, and customer feedback loops, using tools like Porsline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple research projects with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in both qualitative and quantitative work.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
