About the Role:
As a Growth Expert, you will lead and contribute to the strategy and execution of acquisition and activation growth engines — including paid channels and referral program and incentive plans. Your focus is to test, implement, and scale innovative growth ideas, using rigorous analytics and creative problem-solving to accelerate user base expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to the strategy and execution for user acquisition and activation across paid channels and referral programs.
- Drive hands-on growth hacking, rapidly testing and validating new growth experiments using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Design multi-faceted experiments to evaluate success and uncover new levers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the user funnel (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) and optimize conversion at every stage.
- Track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics, including acquisition cost, activation rates, and conversion rates.
- Bring a creative yet data-driven mindset to problem-solving, identifying opportunities and risks proactively.
- Own growth reporting and communicate insights and recommendations to leadership regularly.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in growth roles with a strong focus on user acquisition and activation.
- Demonstrated expertise in growth hacking — rapid experimentation, testing, and scaling of growth ideas.
- Deep familiarity with growth funnels and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with data tools.
- Ability to design complex experiments and measure the success.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience owning referral and paid marketing channels growth is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
