Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives.
•    Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making across departments.
•    Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
•    Identify project risks and dependencies early on and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
•    Prepare and present high-impact documentation, executive summaries, presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
•    Track and report project performance, milestones, and deliverables to senior leadership and sponsors.
•    Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.
•    Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and standards within the PMO.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
•    At least 3 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
•    Strong ability to document meetings (MoMs) and manage structured follow-ups.
•    Proficiency in creating high-level, executive-ready presentations.
•    Hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Google Sheets, Trello.
•    Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
•    Exceptional stakeholder management, and communication skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity.
•    Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
•    Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
