Job Purpose:
The role exists to support Divisional Manager in coordinating processes and activities which support field sales organization. He/She will conduct this role by liaising closely with warehouse and sales coordinators in all divisional territories. He/She will collect and consolidate data and reports on warehousing, marketing material/ activities and distribution.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Work closely with Divisional Manager to support him/her for collecting and consolidating data (i.e., market update, operation dashboards, campaigns and
sales projects).
- Supporting sales/warehouse coordinators to maintaining and update customer databases such as classification, changing routes and customer/display unit addition & deletion.
- Collecting and Consolidating reports coming from regional managers/ coordinators for the use of divisional manager.
- Support divisional managers to monitor all warehouse transactions and processes in all territories and support warehouse coordinators for preparing and consolidating weekly, monthly and annual reports and present to other functions.
- Consolidating reports at divisional level from sales etc. promotions and consumptions and any required reports in each territory.
- To be in contact with sales coordinators and warehouse coordinators for ongoing responsibilities, trade activities to make sure all procedures are running based on scheduled plans and provide support if needed.
Candidate profile:
Education:
Minimum high school Diploma and university degree can be an advantage.
Work Experience and Competencies:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Administrative role related to sales & marketing.
Language and Computer Skills:
- Fluency in English in both writing and speaking is an advantage.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Functional Skills:
- Organized / high level of administration ability for managing paperwork effectively.
- Ability to perform under stressful situation.
- Strong communication & team-work skills.
