At Orchid Pharmed, we’re looking for a sharp, curious, and driven individual to join our Pipeline & Portfolio Department. This pivotal role acts as a crucial bridge between medical science and commercial strategy.

 What you’ll do:

Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends

Review global reports and scientific articles to identify product opportunities

Propose data-driven strategies aligned with market needs

Predict sales volumes and contribute to demand planning

Collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to move projects forward

Assess the therapeutic landscape, including disease burden and the clinical positioning of new and existing drugs

 What we’re looking for:

Pharm.D., MD or other relative fields 
Advanced English skills (reading & writing)
Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for learning
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Integrity, confidentiality, and a results-driven mindset
Prior experience in research & development is a plus
