That’s why we’re looking for a Senior HR & Admin Specialist who knows the ins and outs of HR operations and is ready to help us build a solid and caring team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day HR admin tasks and paperwork accurately
- Handling payroll processes—things like overtime, leaves, and travel expenses
- Ensure all social security filings happen on time and by the book
- Executing supplementary insurance programs from sign-up to approval.
- Working closely with Finance so payroll and reports are always spot on
- Creating and running employee benefits programs (insurance, loans, meals, etc.)
- Improve HR service Delivery Parameters such as SLA & QOS.
- Creating and delivering reports to Facilitate Leadership Decision making.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 4 years working hands-on with HR admin or payroll.
- Good understanding of labor laws, social security, payroll taxes, and insurance rules.
- Comfortable with Excel and Google sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
- Team Player with Strong communication skills.
