Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our corporate travel sales team. In this hybrid role, you’ll engage with organizations over the phone and through in-person meetings to introduce and promote our tailored travel and tourism solutions for businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and eager to grow within the fast-paced world of business travel services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new corporate clients to introduce our B2B travel solutions (e.g. corporate tours, flight packages, business accommodations).
- Respond to incoming leads and inquiries via phone and follow up consistently.
- Arrange and attend on-site client meetings to present proposals and close deals.
- Understand client needs and customize travel packages that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience.
- Track and report performance, feedback, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tourism, FMCG, or related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both over the phone and in person.
- Proven ability to build and maintain corporate client relationships.
- Self-motivated and organized, with a strong drive to meet goals.
- Ability to travel for meetings and presentations.
