Job Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Digikala’s Technology Department serves as a strategic advisor while actively engaging in daily operational HR tasks. This role involves partnering closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, supporting decision-making processes, proactively addressing employee needs, managing conflicts, and executing initiatives related to performance management, talent development, and employee experience. The HRBP ensures HR actions have tangible, direct impacts on team effectiveness and workplace harmony.
Responsibilities
- Actively support managers by translating business goals into practical HR practices.
- Assist leaders in daily decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Proactively identify and address employee and organizational needs.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and support a positive employee experience.
- Implement and execute initiatives related to performance management, talent development, recruitment, and compensation.
- Leverage HR analytics to inform and support operational decisions.
- Build trust and foster relationships between management and employees.
