We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commercial Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to expanding our leisure tour offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the tourism market to identify new business opportunities for leisure tours.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, and guides.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and commercial activities.
- Manage customer communications and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Enter and maintain accurate tour data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales roles within the tourism industry, preferably in group tours.
- Strong negotiation, contracting, and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of market analysis and tourism trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
