Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our Commercial Department. This role is ideal for HR professionals with 2–3 years of generalist experience who are eager to deepen their impact by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives in a dynamic e-commerce setting.

As an HRBP, you will work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to support a workforce of approximately 300 employees. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Guide the performance review process, providing tools and support to ensure meaningful evaluations and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline hiring processes, ensuring timely and effective recruitment of top talent.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
  • Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting commercial or sales teams.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
