Job Purpose:
Work closely together with all departments in Zanjan Factory and ensure on time and accurate financial reporting and presentation. Look for opportunities to improve financial performance by means of improved control, Support for implementation of business projects leading to operational efficiency. Ensure all financial data represents actual status quo of organization and follow under JTI accounting standards and internal controls (J-SOX). Be custodian of Annual Strategic Plan, OL cycles.
Areas of responsibility:
1- Ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting of actuals is conducted in a timely manner through JTI systems following global calendar. Variance analysis explained with business drivers behind and all critical deviations addresses and corrected, while significant variances escalated.,
2- Ensure regular forecasting activities (ASP, OL) capture all details involved in operation, all HOD understand and respect their input to overall performance. Provide all HOD and responsible managers in organization with support how to control, estimate and correct financial inputs.
3- Control over execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects reporting, follow-up on capital spend on a monthly cycle. Provide financial assessment of Capex projects and ensure meaningful ROI support project implementation approval
4- Ensure that critical VMC measures are recorded and reported transparently, with appropriate action plans developed and executed to capture them.(Conversion cost, Idle depreciation ,Provisions & accruals)
5- Ensure finance department resources are planned and executed in sufficient matter, people management of department address development needs of employees and improve people performance and role substitution.
Candidate Profile
Education:
· Minimum BSc (Finance, Accounting)
Work Experience and Competence:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in leading of Financial department of organization
· Experience of working in FMCG and international companies is a plus
· Project management and analytical skills
· Ability to communicate and work cross functionally
Languages, Computer & Functional Skills:
· Fluency in writing, listening, and speaking English language
· Advanced MS office skills (Excel, Access, and PP)
· Excellent analytical skills, strong thought leadership, structured and results-driven way of working- being result oriented and get the things done
