• Own ERP system lifecycle management, including configurations, upgrades, customizations, and integrations in collaboration with various teams
• Collaborate with internal business units, project teams, A&R, security, and network teams to optimize ERP processes and ensure compliance with operational and security policies.
• Drive ERP-related projects and act as subject matter expert to support system enhancements and new implementations.
• Manage ERP incidents, problem resolution, change requests, and ensure alignment with ITIL operational standards.
• Lead and mentor the ERP support and operations team to achieve performance, SLA targets, and continuous service improvement.
• Develop and maintain ERP performance monitoring, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP
• Manage ERP integrations with other business systems and network infrastructure ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and map key business processes to ensure ERP supports operational requirements optimally.
• Act as ERP subject matter expert to internal teams and external partners during projects or operational changes.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders regarding ERP performance and changes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the ERP support and operations team to drive service excellence.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing vendors and internal IT teams to ensure delivery of agreed SLAs and continuous service improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to business users and support teams on ERP functionalities and best practices in collaboration with related teams
• Ensure ERP system security compliance in collaboration with the security team.
• Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, configurations, and changes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP management aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
