Quality Supervisor - NPI

Job Description:
·          Weekly Alignment with SPOC
·          IMI (Incoming Material Inspection) for NPI Tests
·          NPI Database Update
·          Supervising NPI Tests (Validation, Trials, MQS2, MQS3)
·          Preparing NPI Reports
·          Running trial product OTIF
·          Support to clarify hold test product
·          Training of employees to upgrade their skills and knowledge on quality aspects
·          Ensure full Compliance with BAT EHS Policy and legislation and to utilize international best practices to meet EHS objectives and targets. 
·          To target and drive LTIR (Lost Time Incident Rate) and environmental incidents to zero.
·          To have sufficient information on EHS matters and risk assessment to manage EHS issues of self and team effectively.
·          Minimize the exposure of all people on company premises to the risk of injury.
·          Provide positive contribution to the EHS by regular and timely reporting of EHS related matters.  
·          Encourage involvement of the teams in continual improvement in all areas of EHS. 
·          Manage periodic maintenance check lists and readjust the activities according to real situation
·          Be align with Quality Supervisor to Control and manage the cost of spare parts of the line
·          Eliminate break downs and reduce unplanned down times
·          Lead operators of the LS to find correct root cause and share the actions in all three shifts 

Requirements:
·           1–2-year experience in a manufacturing environment
.            At least Associate degree in industrial engineering/food industrial engineering
·           Good Excel and Powerpoint skills
.           Knowledge of statistical quality control and other general quality tools and techniques
.           Good command of English
.           Sufficient knowledge about tobacco and wrapping materials to provide advice in maintaining Production Quality Standards
