Senior Prodcuct Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager- Open Banking to join our Product team at Blu Bank. In this role, you’ll lead the development, launch, and optimization of open banking solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior and needs.
• Analyze research findings and present actionable insights to product teams to inform design decisions and product strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to capture user insights and improve the design process.
• Continuously iterate on research methods and practices based on feedback and emerging trends in user experience research.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and ensure the user’s voice is represented in product discussions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and benchmark user expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate research findings into product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in UX research, user testing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Proficiency in using research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, Dovetail).
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey research findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passion for understanding user behavior and a commitment to improving the user experience
• Strong understanding of Open banking and fintech trends.
• understanding of RESTful APIs and security protocols, such as OAuth2.0.
