The IT Internal Auditor is responsible for auditing IT systems to ensure compliance, security, and performance standards, while monitoring and analyzing real-time business dashboards to ensure service continuity and support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate IT systems for compliance with standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Monitor dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to detect and report anomalies in real-time.
• Analyze system performance and prepare clear, concise executive reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, communicate, and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate actively in risk mitigation planning, IT control assessments, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of the banking business, regulatory guidelines, and microservice architecture in the field of banking software
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana.
• Skilled in query writing and working with Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with frameworks and concepts such as COBIT, ISO 27001, DevOps, network fundamentals, security principles, and financial and accounting structures is considered an advantage
