Video Content Production Administrator (Vendor)

Mission:

• To assist in producing visual content for the company's digital platform ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery.
• To assist in reviewing and auditing video content to be broadcasted on the company's digital platform ensuring alignment with editorial standards, brand guidelines, and broadcasting policies before publishing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To explore trending Local and International movies and series with strong rating for potential broadcasted on the company’s digital platform.
• To check the quality and technical specification (e.g: framerate, picture and sound quality and etc.) of the contents received from contractors and communicate with contractors to resolve any defects or out-of-scope issues .
• To check video content and contents, especially time-sensitive materials scheduled for immediate broadcast and report audit items for each content.
• To create ID certificates for all content within the national radio and television regulatory system.
• To control and archive all broadcasted content in designated folders assigned to each contractor for proper documentation and traceability.
• To design and execute visual assets such as posters, images, sliders and banners for company' s digital platforms.
• To prepare and format logos for selected movies to be featured on on digital platforms.
• To report the content and vendor status content delivery and follow up the IRIB content market process.

Education:

• B.Sc. in (Commerce /Marketing / MBA) or related

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar fields
• Robust and proven skill in working with graphic and video software
• Ability to use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Fluent in English.
