Sales Growth Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Growth Manager to design and implement growth strategies that revitalize dealer networks and create new revenue streams. This role plays a critical part in driving sales expansion and market development while leading multiple high-impact teams. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy Design & Execution:
  Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies centered on user experience and business goals.

• Growth Experiments & MVPs:
  Ideate, define, test, and execute Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and growth experiments to validate new opportunities.

• Customer Retention & Reactivation:
  Plan and run programs aimed at increasing customer retention, reactivation, and new customer acquisition.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to ensure unified execution across departments.

• Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  Continuously monitor team performance, define and refine KPIs, and apply insights for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Growth, Business Development, or Sales Strategy roles.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar).

• Demonstrated experience in KPI design and performance monitoring frameworks.

• Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams effectively.

• Strategic mindset with a bias for rapid execution and experimentation.
