Roles & Responsibilities:
· To provide operational support for the execution of strategy and transformation initiatives and projects.
· To execute transformation and strategy project plans based on defined timelines and provide related reports to the manager.
· To track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, provide reports on execution issues, and propose related solutions.
· To analayse the outcome and efficiency of transformation and strategic projects and give feed back to strategy developmemt team
· To identify and report any risks or challenges that may hinder the successful execution of transformation and strategy initiatives.
· To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignement on the porpus of defined projects with corporate strategy and successful completion of projects.
· To support in the development and implementation of performance management systems for strategic initiatives.
To develop a database and maintain project documentation and records.
