· Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share
and profitability.
· Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve category performance including pricing, promotions, and stock health.
· Negotiate commercial terms and long-term partnerships with key suppliers and brands.
· Manage a team of category specialists and coordinators to ensure operational execution.
· Monitor and analyze KPIs such as NMV, conversion rate, availability, and margin; take corrective actions as needed.
· Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to launch campaigns and optimize fulfillment.
· Stay up to date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to maintain a winning product mix.
· Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve category-related customer journeys· Master's Degree in related fields
· Six to Ten years of work experience in e-commerce, retail, business development or Product management role
· Proven leadership in category or product management roles within e-commerce or retail industries.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making approach.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management capabilities.
· High attention to detail with ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
· Proficient in Excel, BI tools, and category management platforms.
· Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-obsessed.
