Job Description:
To manage the production processes and meet business objectives with the available resources to achieve continuous improvement within Manufacturing costs, productivity and quality standards as well as best maintenance of assets.
Manage Engineering warehouses to make sure all spare parts are availble on time with high quality
Prepare and supervise the maintenace plan
Manage production maintenace workshop
Supplier management and Budget management
Follow spare parts localization with high qaulity and life time
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or relevant education
2 years’ experience in production area within FMCG, Pharmaceutical or similar industry,
Proven record of maintenance plan preparation and execution
Having experience of managing a team is a must
Project management Knowledge is a plus
Familiar with continues improvement systems in industry
Strong interpersonal and soft skills
Coaching and Mentoring skills along with ability to build robust development plans for teams of various skill levels
Good command of English
