We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role combines executive support with project management and marketing coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex calendars, and a solid understanding of marketing processes.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CMO.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely project delivery.
Act as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as required.
Help organize internal and external meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
Monitor and manage marketing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the marketing department.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar assistant or coordinator role.
Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and digital campaign workflows.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
