Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly performance reports of various biker acquisition channels
- Calculating and managing payments and expenses for each acquisition channel
- Analyzing the cost per acquisition (CAC) for each channel
- Analyzing acquisition data to identify high-performing channels or those in need of optimization
- Conducting statistical and comparative analyses in the area of acquisition sources
- Advanced use of formulas and analytical functions in Excel/Google Sheets
- Designing, developing, and launching the initial CRM system for biker acquisition (lead management)
- Designing and implementing a lead prioritization system to effectively assign them to telemarketing agents
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
- Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to present management-level reports
- Operational understanding of acquisition processes and lead behavior in the delivery industry
