Responsibilities :
Plan and organize SKD and CKD product assembly lines in accordance with the production schedule and sales orders.
Oversee the execution of production processes, quality control, and adherence to technical and safety standards.
Manage production teams, including machine operators, supervisors, maintenance personnel, and quality-control staff.
Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to coordinate parts arrival schedules.
Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodology in the production unit.
Control production costs and optimize use of human resources and equipment.
Prepare management reports on production performance and present them to the CEO/Board of Directors.
Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and in upgrading production technologies.
Supervise training and skills development for production staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards on the production lines.
Be prepared for domestic and international business assignments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a production environment, preferably in home appliances or assembly operations.
Proficient in assembly processes, quality control, time study, and productivity improvement.
Familiarity with international logistics principles and parts import processes.
Experience in commissioning new production lines, especially for small electrical home appliances (preferred).
Skilled in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production planning software.
Strong team-management skills, quick decision-making, and problem-solving ability under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative teamwork spirit.
Working knowledge of English for interaction with international suppliers (advantageous).
