About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and GIT, and will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for efficient application delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, build, and deployment strategies.
• Manage source control workflows using GIT; support branching strategies and code reviews.
• Maintain and support containerized applications using Kubernetes clusters (on-premise or in the cloud).
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and services used in development and production environments.
• Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., ARM, Bicep, or Terraform).
• Support deployment and operations of production systems, ensuring uptime and rapid issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Build/Release Engineering role.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps Pipelines, including YAML-based configuration.
• Proficient in GIT, including branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, and pull request workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (e.g., deploying applications, managing pods/services).
• Proficiency with Linux command-line tools, shell scripting, and system administration.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools is an advantage (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps best practices.
