About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior .NET Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack. You will be expected to provide technical leadership, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, driving best practices and technology standards.
• Ensure high code quality and performance through unit testing, integration testing, and code optimization.
• Implement and maintain APIs (RESTful/Web APIs) for internal and external integrations.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development using the .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework (EF Core), and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or other relational databases; experience with database design and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
