About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Generalist Specialist at Digikala Ads, you will play a pivotal role in introducing and promoting our suite of advertising solutions to a broad range of B2B audiences. You will be responsible for designing and executing creative marketing campaigns, analyzing their performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals. This role offers high exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a small, agile marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Design & Execution
• Ideate and execute integrated marketing activities across various digital and offline channels
• Translate service features into compelling messaging for business audiences
• Identify new opportunities to showcase the value of Digikala Ads to different market segments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with content creators, service owners, product marketing, and external agencies
• Collaborate with commercial, sales, and creative teams to deliver 360-degree campaigns
• Facilitate smooth coordination between Digikala Ads and central Digikala departments
Market Insight & Performance Analysis
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using key marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions)
• Derive insights to improve future activities and align marketing with business impact
• Stay updated with competitive and industry trends in ad-tech and performance marketing
Strategic Thinking & Planning
• Contribute to marketing plans and calendars
• Help define target segments, messaging architecture, and key activation strategies
• Recommend marketing activities based on audience needs, product roadmap, and brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or advertising
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer journey mapping
• Familiarity with marketing channels such as email, social media, website, events, paid media
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and brief-writing skills
• Data-driven mindset and experience evaluating campaign performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive collaboration
• Experience in B2B marketing or exposure to digital advertising services is a strong plus
• Experience working with AI tools for content generation or performance analysis
• Background in offline or digital advertising ecosystems
