Job Description

About the Role

As a Social Media Specialist at Digikala Ads, you will own the voice of our brand across B2B social platforms. Youll be responsible for curating, managing, and optimizing our presence on channels like LinkedIn, crafting engaging content, and helping grow awareness and affinity among our current and prospective business clients. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to bring the value of Digikala Ads to life—one post at a time.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

  • Manage and execute the Digikala Ads social media calendar with a strong focus on LinkedIn
  • Develop content themes and activation plans aligned with brand strategy and campaign objectives
  • Identify B2B-relevant social trends and tailor content to maximize relevance and engagement

Execution & Content Management

  • Collaborate with internal content creators and designers to produce visuals and copy for posts
  • Track, report, and optimize performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and CTR
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and storytelling across platforms

Community & Brand Listening

  • Monitor brand mentions, conversations, and trends across platforms
  • Suggest interaction or response strategies when relevant to the business
  • Coordinate with the customer marketing or comms team for escalation paths or announcements

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing generalist and other Digikala Ads stakeholders to amplify campaign messages
  • Work with creative and media buying teams on paid promotion when needed
  • Contribute to post-campaign reporting and content iteration cycles

What Were Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of experience in social media management, especially for B2B audiences
  • Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram (with B2B lens)
  • Strong sense of digital content formats and social-first copywriting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret post and campaign data
  • Passion for brand voice, community engagement, and trend responsiveness
  • Experience using AI tools for content ideation, caption generation, or performance tracking
  • Background in offline or digital advertising environments
