To lead the performance marketing function of Digikala Ad Services by designing, executing, and optimizing ROI-driven campaigns that attract advertisers, boost media spend, and support revenue growth through data-centric strategies and audience targeting excellence.
1. Performance Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy (lead generation, funnel optimization, retargeting) to acquire and retain advertisers.
- Execute acquisition campaigns including multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, collaborating with ad networks
- Execute retention and churn reduction campaigns, customer journeys and relays.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Analytics to align campaign messaging with business objectives and advertiser pain points.
2. Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and apply A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards such as GA4 dashboards and automated reports in collaboration with the BI team to track campaign health and provide actionable insights.
3. Budget Management & Media Buying
- Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize performance across paid channels.
- Work closely with media agencies and internal buying teams to optimize cost efficiency and ad placement.
4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Analyze the advertiser acquisition funnel, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
- Improve landing pages and campaign assets to increase ad conversion rates.
5. Technology & Automation
- Stay updated on the latest martech and adtech innovations and bring relevant tools into the performance stack.
