Roles & Responsibilities
· To administrate candidate sourcing efforts for each job vacancy in collaboration with related manager.
· To assist in the administration of candidate assessments for recruitment/ transfer/promotion/ Acting, using different HR selection tools e.g. , PPA, or other Competency based Interview Models.
· To administerate the salary offer process and coordinate job offer sessions with the participation of the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Team.
· To administerate employee work journeys, including promotion and transfer processes, and the necessary steps (Interviews, Behavioral Tests, assessment centers).
· To support execution of all of Employer Brand Projects, including External and Internal Job Fairs / Social Media Activities for enhancing Brand Image.
· To support salary determination by coordinating scoring based on candidates' submitted Docs/qualifications.
· To compile and distribute staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offers rejected, Interview history, etc., for the Line Manager.
· To administrate communication with candidates and provide feedback to those who have been rejected in the interview process.
· To administrate utilization of various resources, including Job Fairs and university partnerships to gather and collect appropriate CVs, maintain candidate databases, and submit them to relevant managers.
· To assist in candidates evaluation using various selection or testing techniques, follow up, and facilitate conferrals with management or supervisory personnel.
· To maintain and update the Talent Acquisition databases, including Interviews, Employee Family relation, and Job Requisitions to produce accurate reports.
· To assist HRBP Managers and provide administrative support for HR plans regarding talent acquisition.
· To assist in identifying and recommending process improvements, policies, and procedures for talent acquisition to improve service efficiency; consistently maintain documentation and look for opportunities to enhance digitalized systems.
· To support various HR processes assigned to including but not limited to Specialist Stream, Organizational Coaching Program, Contract extension, and Onboarding Program.
· To participate and assist in HR digital transformation initiatives by providing administrative input to address staff issues and anticipate demands.
· To prepare medical documets and Follow up on criminal record certifications and heath check
· To process the starting date process same as usercreating and folloeing ticket for better employee experience.
