About Job:
The Fleet Loyalty Club Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance driver retention and satisfaction. This role focuses on ensuring drivers feel valued, supported, and engaged, thereby increasing their lifetime value and fostering loyalty. The position emphasizes designing effective campaigns, analyzing performance data, and improving overall driver experience. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Supervisor plays a critical role in driving driver engagement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategies to increase driver retention and satisfaction
Creating initiatives that improve driver retention rates
Expanding drivers’ lifetime value and increasing their engagement
Designing effective campaigns and analyzing related data
Ensuring that drivers have a positive experience on the platform, consistent with our brand and values
Launching promotions and campaigns to enhance biker attachment
Owning and leading the Driver Loyalty Club, including managing the driver loyalty program, service design, and operation
Analyzing loyalty program performance
Assessing and collaborating with outsourced vendors to implement best-practice loyalty schemes
Coordinating external contractors and service suppliers
Closely cooperating with other departments to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations
Working with the Software Product team regarding application configuration and enhancements
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, Trade, or Sales.
Proven track record in project management, including planning and executing large-scale events.
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, including metric identification, tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with software application configuration and enhancement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity-driven approach with a focus on data-centered decision-making.
Strong organizational and workload allocation skills.
