Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Perform thorough manual and automated testing for new features, regression, performance, and
security.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure test
coverage.
• Implement and improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Analyze test results, metrics, and trends to continuously improve product quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software QA and testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,
TestNG).
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Nice to Have
• Experience testing web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
