Responsibilities:
• Strategize, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns aligned with OKRs, covering multi-channel outreach across Web, Social Ads, SEM, and other platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve ROI.
• Track and analyze performance using Looker Studio and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with company objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a record of successful campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.
