Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced and ever-changing environmentsThe ideal candidate has strong experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns with a digital focus, preferably in quick commerce and e-commerce industries, or other online B2C businesses.
This role is responsible for leading integrated marketing campaigns for Q-Commerce, aiming to deliver on highly ambitious goals in a competitive market. We’re looking for someone with a fighter’s mindset, high ownership, and genuine passion for delivering results — someone who can lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (with a strong digital focus) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Translate ambitious business goals into actionable, creative, and data-driven marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Core Marketing, Digital, Brand, and Performance teams to ensure full alignment and seamless execution
- Take full ownership of campaign budgeting, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization based on KPIs such as CAC, ROI, conversion rate, etc.
- Lead and coach the campaign team (including marketers and coordinators), providing structure, guidance, and motivation
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, while tailoring content to various customer segments
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity, and turn insights into actionable strategies Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to develop impactful campaign messages and assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or digital marketing, preferably in Q-Commerce, e-commerce, online food delivery, or other fast-paced digital industries
- Proven track record of executing campaigns with highly challenging goals
- Experience in leading a team, coaching individuals, and building motivation
- Hands-on executional knowledge of digital campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments
- High ownership mindset and willingness to take full responsibility for results
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments
- Growth Mindset with proven track of data knowledge
Nice to Have
- Experience working at Quick Commerce and E-Commerce companies or online fast paced industeries.
