Agile Delivery Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with teams to implement best practices, tools, and techniques for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within and across teams.
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
• Helping to create the product roadmap, coaching the writing of value-driven user stories, features, epics, and maintaining a well-defined backlog 
• Facilitate team meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions and reviews, where they can align their goals and synchronize their efforts. 

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of  Agile methodologies & techniques, specifically scrum and kanban
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
• Coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering self-organizing teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
