About Job
This position is responsible for overseeing the return processes, improving team performance, and ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of return policies. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in supply chain and reverse logistics, and the ability to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
Supervising and guiding the reverse logistics team, providing direction, training, and support.
Monitoring team performance and conducting regular evaluations.
Overseeing daily operations of reverse logistics and return-to-vendor activities.
Developing and implementing return policies and procedures.
Implementing customer feedback processes to improve reverse logistics services.
Coordinating with vendors and other departments to ensure proper execution of return processes.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyzing service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in reverse logistics.
Organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge.
